Sophie is a graduate of Lesley University with a Bachelor’s degree in Holistic Psychology and counseling. She strongly believes that health and wellness are both highly personal and multidimensional with physical, mental, psychological and spiritual components. Just like each of us is a unique individual, so will be our path to healing and health! Sophie is certified in Amrit Yoga (200hr), Radiant Child Yoga levels 1-3, and Reiki energy healing levels 1-2 and is grateful to be able to share her knowledge of all three with students and friends here at H2K as general manager and fitness instructor.
Hayley is from Beverly, MA and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a concentration in Media Studies and a minor in Philosophy. She has been employed as a babysitter for the past six years and loves working with children. She also has a background in cheerleading which helped develop her love for dancing and fitness. She enjoys living a healthy lifestyle which includes going for walks, hikes and cooking healthy recipes. She is excited to join the H2K team as their marketing and PR assistant and as a fitness instructor.

Sam is currently a student at Lesley University. She is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology, with a focus on holistic psychology and health. She is interested in the connection between physical and mental health. She believes in the importance of using physical activity not only as a way to support the body but also to build self-esteem and stress management skills. She has experience working with children of all age groups, and for the last five years she has held jobs working as a nanny, camp counselor, and preschool assistant. In her free time she is an avid hiker, enjoys biking, and loves experimenting with healthy recipes.
Marcie has a Master’s in Elementary Education with Creative Arts Integration, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a focus on movement, music, and play therapy. Marcie has a dance minor and studied at NYU’s musical theater conservatory. She has spent over a decade working in Boston as an elementary school teacher, nanny, camp counselor, tutor, and children’s musical choreographer, and currently designs and implements music, art, and drama curriculum for children ages infant through teen. As a singer/songwriter, Marcie has made a name for herself in the dance music scene with top 10 releases worldwide. She writes and performs music for an interactive online English language program for Mandarin speaking students. Marcie’s songs and interactive activities stimulate children’s creativity and support self-expression through music, art, and play. Kids laugh, dance, jump, and learn alongside colorful props, puppets, and stories. Jordan Urquhart was born in an army hospital in Washington State, she grew up in Southern California, and she now lives in Holliston, Massachusetts! Jordan has worked with kids since she’s been old enough to babysit! She has worked as a party host, an assistant director in Kinder care and Daycare with children of all ages, and as a Supervisor in Customer Service. She currently works as a Manager at one of H2K’s mobile locations, Jam Time! Jordan also has her own Kid’s Show called “Laugh and Be Silly,” and she performs a live Bubble Show! Jordan is passionate about improv, dance, happiness, and making everything as fun as possible!
Boston native Alix Zamansky first stepped on to her yoga mat in hopes to address her physical aches and pains. On her journey to physical healing, she found emotional healing, and yoga soon became a way of life, rather than simply a part of life. As a clinical children’s and family social worker, she’s drawn to the ways in which yoga has the potential to increase the ease with which we move through the world. Alix completed her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher Certification with Daniel Max and Magi Pierce through JP Centre Yoga, her Kids Yoga Teacher Certification with Dawn Keighly of Coolidge Corner Yoga, and her Level 1 of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy with Alex Bauermeister. Alix’s kids and family yoga classes combine playful postures, mindfulness, games, and crafts. She supports children’s and teens self-awareness, inner and outer strength, and innate desire to learn and grow. Participants will walk with tools they can use on and off their mats.
Hillary Dahl is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, and Early childcare professional. She recently embarked on her yoga journey to help fulfill the lives of others as well as children. She has been in Early Childcare for 13 years and has a knack for taking care of infants, toddlers and preschool aged children. She is a mother of a tween and has been dedicated to being a mother as well as a provider. She works as a Montessori teacher and through her times of teaching has developed a unique amount of compassion, love and patience. She loves the concept of following the child, and allowing them to thrive and spread their wings. She has known and followed H2K for many years and has been so inspired by their philosophy for happy, healthy kids. She is elated to be apart of the H2K family. She is currently enrolled at Lesley University to gain her degree in Human Services, and is also a Usui Reiki Master. She loves providing calmness, relaxation and also some silly fun to journey with children through her teachings. She envisions herself to be a wonderful addition to their overall wellbeing.
Carly is from Aiken, SC and is currently taking classes through The College of Coastal Georgia. She is studying to get her bachelors degree is general psychology in hopes to continue on to get her masters. Carly believes that physical health strengthens mentalhealth and improves self esteem. She has year of experience playing and coaching volleyball. She also has ran multiple children’s volleyball camps and was a nanny for 2 years! Carly especially loves to watch kids progress and grow in a happy healthy environment!
