Family and Me Fitness Classes
H2K is the leader in Family and Me Fitness Classes. What better way to start off your morning than with an amazing workout with your family? Each of our Family and Me Fitness Classes are uniquely designed to create bonding experiences, encourage healthy habits and to teach new fitness activities. We offer Family and Me Yoga, Family and Me Cardio Dance, Family and Me Kickboxing, Mom and Daughter Kickboxing and Mom and Baby Yoga.
Mom and Baby Yoga (Newborns-Crawlers)
This class is a gentle yoga class designed to help new moms regain muscle tone, abdominal strength, and flexibility. Moms can stretch their body with their baby in front of them. Moms are free to feed their baby, change their diapers or comfort them during the class. Moms are encouraged and guided to involve the baby during the class. Moms are taught a variety of stretches which can be used while feeding.
Cardio Dance with your Toddler 1.5-4yrs, Family and Me Cardio Dance 3-6yrs
Join H2K for our Family and Me Cardio Dance classes! We will be movin’, groovin’ and working up a sweat . Each class will be a combination of dancing, games, musical obstacle courses and exercises with mommy and daddy. We will end each class with healthy goals and meditation with our very own H2K Buddha-Dog.
Family and Me Kickboxing Jr. 3-6yrs
Bring your whole family for an 1hr of fitness fun. Learn punches, kicks, relay races and boxing drills. At the end of class we will have mediation and work on healthy goals. This class will provide a great workout for kids and parents alike!
Family and Me Yoga Jr. 3-6yrs
Family and me Yoga Jr. is a super fun and friendly class. Ages 3-6 yrs welcome. We will learn breathing techniques, fun poses, go on yoga adventures, play games, sing songs and relax. This class will allow you to bond with your child both physically and energetically, leaving you both more calm and connected and ready for the day!
Family and me Yoga 7-13yrs
Family and me yoga is a super fun and friendly class! We will incorporate more challenging and strengthening sequences, partner poses, group exercises, core work, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. Come experience an amazing work out for yourself while giving the gift of fitness and relaxation to your child.
Mom and Daughter Kickboxing 7-13yrs
Experience 1 hr of fitness fun with your daughter. Learn punches, kicks and self-defense! We will have non-contact sparring, team building exercises and boxing drills. At the end of class we will meditate and work on healthy goals,. Make sure to bring water, wear comfy clothes and be prepared to sweat!
