Julia Walderzak is the founder of H2K Happy Healthy Kids Fitness Studio. H2K is a unique fitness studio that specializes in non-competitive fitness for children and families. They offer kids yoga, kids zumba, kids kickboxing, kids circuit training, mom and baby yoga, zumba with your toddler, teen classes, camps and healthy birthday parties.
Julia began her career as a corporate event planner, but felt unfulfilled. As a child, she struggled with her weight and hated competitive sports, so she taught herself how to get fit and maintain a healthy lifestyle in other, non-competitive, ways. Knowing there is a huge population of children and families that are currently struggling with the same issues she had overcome, Julia developed the concept for H2K. H2K was created in hopes of helping these families, who have been under-serviced in the past, learn how to live happy, healthy lives.
Julia currently has her 4th degree red belt in Tai kwon Do and also has certifications in zumba, kids zumba, kickboxing, and kids and teen yoga. H2K is slated to open its 2nd location this fall in Arlington, MA. It’s first location is located in Sudbury, MA.

“We’ve held 2 birthday parties at H2K for our 2 girls (ages 5 and 7) and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Julia is super organized, creative, and energetic. From initial planning to welcoming guests to keeping the party fun to clean up, Julia took care of it all. She coordinated invitations, a face-painting vendor, food and all activities. She really made the experience easy and stress free for me, and the kids had a blast. I highly recommend birthday parties at H2K!”
“Feeling SO good after a Zumba class at H2K tonight and a kickboxing class last night, because I have SO much fun while getting a great work out in at the same time. Julia ends her kickboxing sessions with a brief meditation which I love. Her Zumba classes are so fun because they include so many different styles of dance–salsa, burlesque, hip hop, jazz, etc. The studio is beautiful with an energy that immediately feels calm and comfy. The owner, Julia, is a sweetheart and very down to earth with a fun sense of humor, which immediately makes you feel comfortable and relaxed (important when trying something new!). Thumbs up!!! Can’t say enough good things about this place.”
“I just recently started attending H2K Happy Healthy Kids Fitness Studio and I am in love! Don’t be deceived by the word ‘Kids’ because this fitness studio offers adult classes too! I have attended several kickboxing classes with Julia (the owner) as the instructor and she is fabulous! The kickboxing class is designed in a way that ensures you are getting in a great workout, but while having lots of fun along the way. Julia brings great positivity and energy to her classes while being mindful of building your confidence and offering lots of encouragement. Julia also offers variety in her classes, which I love because this gives me something to look forward to, while learning something new each time. While some gyms and fitness studios tend to become a bit “clicky” this studio is far from it. Julia caters to the needs of each of her customers with genuine care and thoughtfulness, and offers clarity when needed in a friendly manner. The atmosphere is great, and full of super friendly people. This studio is also extremely clean and organized. Super adorable and I highly, highly recommend!”
“Beautiful space. My 6 year old had a Zumba class there with her girl scouts and the instructors were amazing. They kept it age appropriate and fun for all the kids.”
